Wodar (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. was established in 2010, covering an area of ​​108 mu (approximately 7.5 hectares) with a building area of ​​42,000 square meters and 200 employees. It is a large and medium-sized irrigation enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of various sprinkler and drip irrigation facilities and other modern agricultural supporting equipment. It was listed in 2017 with the stock code 870768.

Wodar boasts an experienced R&D, production, technology, sales, and management team. The company holds a Class III general contracting qualification for water conservancy and hydropower construction and a Class A II qualification in China's irrigation and drainage industry. In 2024, its output value reached 224 million yuan. Main products include: 5,000 sets of DYP center-shaft sprinkler irrigation machines and DPP horizontal-moving sprinkler irrigation machines annually; 5,000 sets of TP reel sprinkler irrigation machines annually; 1 million meters of inlaid irrigation tape per day; Φ16-500PE and Φ50-450PVC pipes and fittings; centrifugal + mesh filters and other supporting water-saving irrigation facilities.

Wodar has long-term university-enterprise cooperation and special project research with China Agricultural University, Tianjin University of Technology, Tianjin Agricultural College, and several provincial water conservancy design institutes, and currently holds more than ten invention and utility model patents.

Wodar has participated in national projects such as water conservation and grain production in the four northeastern provinces, water conservation and reduced mining in North China, water conservation and efficiency improvement in Northwest China, and water conservation and emission reduction in South China. At the same time, the company actively explores overseas markets. In March 2016, Wodar established a branch in Australia, and in 2018, it established branches in South Africa and Mongolia, making every effort to expand into the international market.

The R&D center currently has 120 employees and a 16-person R&D team; it has the design and manufacturing capacity for 2,000 sets of pick-up carts, straw balers, square balers, and round balers; in particular, the VR6600 series round baler, which has now been upgraded to version 4.0 and is positioned as a high-end intelligent product, has won unanimous recognition from customers for its high baling efficiency and excellent stability.
