The reel-type sprinkler irrigation machine utilizes pressurized water to drive a water turbine, which in turn drives a winch via a speed-changing device. This winch then pulls the sprinkler head cart, enabling automatic movement and spraying. It boasts advantages such as easy mobility, simple operation, labor and time savings, high precision irrigation, excellent water conservation, and strong adaptability. It is a water-saving irrigation device suitable for strip plots of 100-500 acres. Its applications are wide-ranging, including farmland sprinkler irrigation, fruit and vegetable sprinkler irrigation, pasture sprinkler irrigation, sugarcane sprinkler irrigation, power plant dust suppression, and dock dust suppression.
Working principle
1. It adopts a 4-speed, 4-gear structure and gear grinding process, with a gear transmission ratio of not less than 1:1300 and an adjustable recovery speed of 8-100 meters to meet the watering needs of different crops at different stages.
2. Spraying radius: 40-70 meters; working pressure: 0.4-0.8 MPa.
3. Power recovery: Pressurized water is used as the power recovery source to drive the turbine blades to rotate, which in turn sends power from the gearbox to the winch, thereby achieving the automatic recovery function of the winch.
