The 8PJP/D electric reel sprinkler is a new generation of agricultural water-saving irrigation equipment independently developed by VODAR, drawing on years of experience in producing reel sprinklers. It is widely applicable to various irrigation scenarios, including farmland, fruit and vegetable, pasture, and sugarcane irrigation. Compared to traditional water turbine-driven sprinklers, this series features a more compact structure, easier operation, more precise control, lower feed pressure, higher transmission efficiency, higher irrigation accuracy, better water-saving effect, and remote control capability.
Working principle
1. The power supply can be selected from battery power (DC48V) or 220V and 380V AC power.
2. The permanent magnet DC motor and reducer drive mechanism replace the high-pressure water turbine drive, reduce the inlet pressure, reduce losses, and achieve energy and water conservation.
3. Visual full-color LCD touch screen with graphical human-machine interface display, easy to operate.
4. Data can be remotely monitored via mobile phone, allowing you to keep track of the equipment's operating status at any time.
5. An intelligent speed control device is used to control the rotation speed, achieving automatic speed change and uniform and stable recovery speed.
6. Recovery forecast: Based on the remaining amount recovered, users will be notified a certain period of time in advance, and no on-site supervision is required during irrigation.
7. With a spray radius of 40~70m, it can work normally with a working pressure of 0.25Mpa water pressure, achieving low-pressure and low-energy consumption operation.
