It is an irrigation enterprise specializing in the research, development, production and sales of various sprinkler irrigation equipment and other agricultural modernization supporting equipment. It was listed on the New Third Board in 2017, stock code: 870768.

Wodar boasts an experienced team in R&D, production, technology, sales, and management, dedicated to providing the market with high-quality water-saving irrigation equipment. We possess advanced production equipment, a rigorous quality control system, and a professional production team to ensure our products meet customer expectations.

Wodar has long-term university-enterprise cooperation and special project research with China Agricultural University, Tianjin University of Technology, Tianjin Agricultural College, and several provincial water conservancy design institutes, and currently holds more than ten invention and utility model patents. Wodar has participated in national projects such as water-saving and grain-increasing projects in the four northeastern provinces, water-saving and extraction-reducing projects in North China, water-saving and efficiency-enhancing projects in Northwest China, and water-saving and emission-reduction projects in Southern China. At the same time, the company is actively expanding into overseas markets. In September 2023, leaders from the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan visited our company to discuss cooperation and planned to build and put into operation a factory in Kazakhstan.

By the end of 2023, Wodar had sold more than 12,000 sets of water-saving irrigation products, including large sprinkler irrigation machines, to 16 countries and regions, including the United States, Australia, Russia, Ukraine, the Middle East, Sudan, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and South Africa, irrigating an area of ​​6 million mu. The quality of its products has been widely praised by customers.

Wodar has successively won honors such as "National High-tech Enterprise", "Provincial Specialized and Innovative Enterprise", and "Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise". The company attaches great importance to the construction of management system and has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and ISO50001 energy management system certification. The company serves its employees with sincerity and fairness, and governs them with laws and company regulations. It strictly adheres to the provisions of the *Labor Law*, *Labor Contract Law*, and other relevant laws and regulations, signing labor contracts with employees on the basis of equality, voluntariness, and mutual agreement to protect their legitimate rights and interests. The company implements the *Employee Paid Leave Regulations* in accordance with the law, promptly handling employees' medical, pension, unemployment, work injury, and maternity social insurance, as well as purchasing housing provident funds, providing employees with a healthy and safe production and living environment. In 2024, the company actively implemented policies and revised its *Attendance Management System* and *Salary and Performance Management System*, increased the basic living allowance for employees on serious illness leave, implemented a meal allowance system for employees during shifts, and provided higher employee meal subsidies, reflecting the company's core values ​​of "people-oriented" humanistic care and "gentle care." At the same time, the company promptly handles the payment of "five social insurances and one housing fund" for employees, processes maternity insurance payments, and distributes welfare allowances such as holiday bonuses, summer heat prevention allowances, and nutrition allowances. In 2024, the company distributed more than 500,000 yuan in welfare allowances such as holiday bonuses and summer heat prevention allowances.
