On February 22nd, experts and leaders from the Media Branch of the China Agricultural Machinery Distribution Association visited Wodar and engaged in an in-depth dialogue on smart agriculture under the warm spring sun. This brainstorming session covered topics ranging from intelligent production lines and strategic blueprints to sharp questions and solutions; every suggestion from industry authorities injected new momentum into Wodar's future development.
Accompanied by General Manager Zhou Chuanguo and Deputy General Manager Chen Yajun, the media delegation's expert group visited Wodar's digital workshop as their first stop. The gleaming metallic finish of the precision-machined products and the technological blue light of the intelligent production line complemented each other, while fully automated welding robotic arms moved with precision. The expert group highly praised Wodar's production workshop for its professionalism and intelligence. At the symposium, General Manager Zhou Chuanguo proposed a strategic combination of "Intelligence, Empowerment, and Ecosystem," and elaborated on the strategic layout measures from three aspects: intelligent upgrading, ecosystem strategy, and empowering dealers.
"Smart agriculture cannot be done in isolation!" Hu Wei, inspector of the Tianjin Municipal Agricultural Commission, pointed out incisively: "Wodar should connect with the Tianjin Smart Agriculture Research Institute to transform the Agricultural Trade Fair into a super stage for showcasing smart irrigation. I suggest—'Let sprinkler irrigation machines 'water' a model farm of the future right at the exhibition!'"
Faced with three sharp questions from Ran Jia, editor-in-chief of *Agricultural Machinery* magazine, the atmosphere instantly became high-energy. Sprinkler irrigation vs. drip irrigation: which will prevail? How to expand the market share? Which product will reign supreme? General Manager Zhou provided Ran with the answers using data. When discussing market share, Wang Yuesheng, president of *Agricultural Machinery Market* magazine, stated, "Lowering the investment threshold for equipment—that's the true responsibility of a 'great nation's agricultural craftsman'!"
At the symposium, Zhong Xin, director of the Economic Department of the Farmers' Daily, exchanged views on the development difficulties of private enterprises. The enterprises frankly stated that "the policy environment for the development of private enterprises in my country is fair. While allocating financial resources well, we need to increase our efforts to attract excellent human resources." Director Zhong said that "the difficulties of private enterprises are the result of a combination of internal and external factors, including the growing pains of macroeconomic transformation and the problem of lagging corporate strategies. Solving these problems requires a two-pronged approach of policy support and corporate innovation."
As a leader in the field of smart irrigation, Wodar has always taken "intelligence, empowerment, and ecology" as its core development principle. In the future, Wodar will not only be an innovator in irrigation efficiency, but also a practitioner of green agriculture, working with industry partners to create a new landscape of smart agriculture characterized by "water conservation, efficiency improvement, low carbon emissions, and sustainability".
